All studio classes are small group size (10 or less) to allow for the space and personal practice that you need.   Loam Yoga in Anmore, BC offers a variety of classes and can customize practices for private, semi-private, corporate or group needs.

Regular classes include Hatha Yoga, Hatha Core (Pilates & Yoga fusion), Flow & Yin, Restorative and Ayurveda (Energetic /Therapeutic) Yoga. All classes are  mixed-level programs with options given to deepen or soften.  We work on basic and advanced yoga postures and breathing techniques and focus on specific areas of the body in each class. Yoga is about the connection between the body and the mind and in class we work to strengthen, connect and restore.

Classes can be customized for specific needs: for athletes who need to develop breathing, concentration, flexibility and endurance, yoga classes can be created to help.   

Our studio is well located in beautiful Anmore, BC and we offer yoga for all levels for individuals and groups from Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and surrounding areas of the Greater Vancouver region.

Drop in classes are limited as the maximum class size is 8 – please check our yoga schedule to see if there is room in the class or contact Anthea to see if you can join in.
