Strong and Steady Flow

8:00 - 9:00 pm

9:30- 10:30 am

As an alignment-centered class, we move through poses with intention, not speed, in order to connect our bodies with breath. You'll have time and space to observe your inner landscape and listen to your body's feedback. A key focus will be placed on alignment and muscle integration to build strength and stamina. These learnings will enable you to be more conscious in your daily life; supporting a healthy, active lifestyle.

Taking it slow can deliver dramatic and immediate results - a sculpted physique and greater mental focus. This slow burn yoga will develop lean muscle and challenge your body and mind. You will leave feeing stronger, taller and more aligned with your authentic self.

Core Flow and Deep Stretch

9:30 - 10:30 am

Physically, your core is your power centre; it is the area of your abdomen, back, buttocks, upper hamstrings, pelvic floor, and hip flexors. Energetically, your core is your centre for inner power, self-esteem and confidence. We begin each class with centering, guided breath work and meditation to connect us to inner and outer power. We will warm the body with flow style yoga (heat producing breath and body movement) and use a variety of different exercises and yoga poses to strengthen and tone your entire core! We will end the class by releasing tension through rejuvenating stretches and a deep breath connection.

Having a strong core is essential to support your body in all aspects of physical movement. In this dynamic practice you will develop strength, flexibility, and inner-confidence. If you are an active person, but newer to yoga, this class might be what your missing in your wellness regime!

Flow and Restore

9:30-10:30 am

Become mesmerized for the first half of the class in a smooth and balancing flow. Through breath and movement we will build heat and the muscles will become primed for the second half of the class where we will slow down and delve deep into longer held yin style stretches to unwind and restore. After a long savasana, reawaken to a new body and a fresh perspective.
